Another quiet week but time still seem to go past very quickly and we will not complain about that. Nothing special happened during the week. Teresa started working in a new office block much closer to work that makes it better. She did have a couple of late evenings that kept her nice and busy. We are still playing our badminton Mondays - Thursdays. Teresa's work schedule is slightly different on Fridays which makes it difficult to fit in a game of badminton.
Teresa was working a big portion of Saturday and we only got to go out the evening. We took a casual trip to the mall to have something lite to eat and do some shopping. I got myself something at Subway and Teresa was in the mood for Indian Chinese. She soon regretted that choice since the food just about killed every taste bud in her mouth, it was that spicy. My Subway however was delicious. Afterwards we washed it down with a Chocolate Mint Coffee Chiller at a local coffee shop.
Since day one living in our little place we did not know what to do with all the space in the main area. We only had the table there with a carpet on the other end. It just did not feel right, so we bought a sleeper couch at HyperCity after our evening meal Saturday. We moved the furniture we had in the living room to the lounge. The new sleeper couch found it's spot in the living room. It will be moved to a bedroom should we have the privilege to host some of you folks as our guests here in India. Our place finally feels like home!!! Well, for the next 9-10 months. I will post some pictures and you can see if you can spot the difference.
I cannot believe it is that time of year again, next time you all hear from me again we will all be stuffed and regret that we ate so much food. You would also have some fond memories of your weekend spend with family and friends. Us, well we will only have each other. All the people we got to know will be leaving, most of them have left already, and we will spend Christmas by ourselves. We will have Christmas lunch at the Novotel, they have a special lunch and we decided to spend the afternoon there.
